As part of the Data Centres service, we offer two types of housing:

1. Rack Housing

   A prepared and secured space ready for the placement of customer racks on the premises of a CETIN data centre.

   • Redundant power supply from two independent branches provided as a standard
   • Guaranteed cooling level
   • Technical support on the premises of the data centres included in the price

2. Server Housing

   • Rack service supplemented by the option of renting all or part of a rack

   This service includes Rack Housing or Server Housing and, in addition, it is possible to purchase additional services such as internet connectivity, interconnection within the data centre and more.

Additional services

1. Remote Hands

   Customer support directly at the data centres. Thanks to this service, our experts will provide thorough, premium care for your equipment. This includes, for example, equipment restart, cable connections between racks, rack installation, rental of common tools, minor technical modifications of racks and more.

2. Connectivity

   At the data centres you can use data capacity and connectivity to the Czech and international internet from different operators who already have their equipment installed at the data centres and provide their services there.

3. Interconnection

   The Interconnection service offers a physical connection between CETIN customers who have their equipment at the data centre in question.

4. Premium SLA

   Should any parameter of the offered services not suit you, we are prepared to adapt to your individual requirements.
